BLACKPINK’s highly anticipated album, rightfully called ‘The Album‘ is finally out! And to no one’s surprise, all the songs are top tier good! That being said, some songs did stick out more than others. Here is how they ranked:
8. Lovesick Girls
Before creating a fuss – hear me out. We are not bashing their latest single but it does lack that edge we are use to. This doesn’t mean the song is bad, it just means that the rest of the album gets even better!

This video took a turn, to a more melancholic side where the girls are singing about the hurting of a heartbreak.
Contrary to their usual badass images, the girls show viewers a more vulnerable side to them, adding acting to their list of talents as they poured their hearts out in raw emotions throughout the video; a side we haven’t seen since ‘Stay‘, their music video released back in 2016.
Not to mention, their vocals are off the charts in this song as we hear a wider vocal range than with their previous more upbeat jams.
The video is released on the same day as their first album release. Way to go BLACKPINK!

BLACKPINK has really been coming through to save 2020 as they released the teaser for their 3rd single this year which will be titled “Lovesick Girls” coming out October 2nd. Check it out:
The teaser shows the four girls running through a green illuminated street with an acoustic sound in the background. Perhaps this song will be one of their slower songs? This is the last track on their album, BLACKPINK The Album which will be coming out the same day. We can’t wait!

They did pretty well, getting a score of 14/15! Fans also speculate that there might be a song with Cardi B coming soon when Rosé kept on mentioning how much she loves her.
